FPO Sales Manager

Job Description:
As an Institutional Sales Manager at Univia, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients in the agriculture sector. Your primary responsibility will be to promote the Univia Business Model, thereby acquiring more institutions to our channel and achieving revenue targets from our associated institutions. This role requires a deep understanding of agricultural practices, and agri-input products, strong sales skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target institutional clients within the agriculture industry like FPOs, Farmer Cooperatives and credit societies, Microfinance organisations, NGO (agriculture) and similar organisations in Gujarat.
Sales Targets: Work closely with institutions to understand their specific needs and offer our products on a day-to-day basis. Prepare and execute monthly sales targets for, new client acquisition/onboarding, territory-wise promotion and sales of Branded and Univia Private label products.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within institutions and with government officials. Foster trust and credibility.
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies and plans to align with the organisation’s vision.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, tech, operations, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline. Provide regular reports and updates to management.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
 Proven track record in FPO/Institutional/NGO/Govt organisation sales, preferably in the agriculture industry.
 Strong knowledge of agricultural products and their applications.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
 Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
