Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruitment:
Utilize multiple sourcing channels to attract top talent, including job boards,
social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills,
and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer
negotiation and onboarding. - Candidate Engagement and Experience:
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely
communication, feedback, and support throughout the hiring process.
Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and via video conference,
ensuring a positive and professional experience for candidates.
Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide
constructive feedback when necessary.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing their inquiries and
concerns promptly and professionally. - Talent Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and
future job openings.
Develop talent pools for key positions and regularly engage with potential
candidates to nurture relationships. - Employer Branding:
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Univia’s reputation as
an employer of choice in the agricultural sector.
Showcase the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities through
various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events. - In our Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you will:
- Track recruitment metrics and analyze hiring data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring metrics.
- To be a successful Talent Acquisition Specialist at Univia, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a fast paced environment.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional candidate experiences.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- An understanding of employment laws and regulations.
