Job Summary:
As a B2B Tele Sales Executive at Univia Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our agricultural products and services to business clients through tele-sales channels. - Sales and Lead Generation:
- Initiate outbound calls to businesses in the agricultural sector to promote Univia’s products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of their business requirements.
- Articulate the value proposition of Univia’s offerings tailored to meet the specific needs of B2B clients, particularly emphasizing the benefits in Gujarati.
- Product Knowledge and Agricultural Background:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of agricultural inputs, farming techniques, and industry best practices.
- Leverage your proficiency in Gujarati and agricultural background to engage in meaningful discussions with B2B clients, offering valuable insights and solutions.
- Stay updated on Univia’s product portfolio, pricing, and industry trends to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through regular communication and follow-up, utilizing Gujarati as a medium of communication where necessary.
- Understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by each client and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Target Achievement and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the sales manager.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities in the B2B sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in B2B tele-sales, preferably within the agricultural industry.
Proficiency in Gujarati, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, farming practices, and B2B sales processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth in the B2B segment.
