Key Responsibilities :
- Organize Large-Scale Field Demonstrations
- Plan, organize, and execute on-field demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of products.
- Ensure proper setup, invite the right audience, and provide hands-on product education to increase awareness and adoption.
- Monitor field performance and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve future demonstrations.
- Develop Agronomy Marketing Strategies
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design targeted marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Define and implement marketing plans tailored to different segments within the agricultural market, including farmers, retailers, and influencers.
- Host Influencer-Focused Farmer Meetings
- Identify and engage influential figures in the farming community to act as brand ambassadors.
- Organize informative and interactive sessions to educate farmers about product benefits, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Address farmer concerns and gather testimonials to strengthen Univia’s credibility in the marketplace.
- Collect and Leverage Testimonials from Farmers and Galaxy Partners
- Develop a systematic approach to gather feedback and testimonials from farmers and Galaxy Partners who have used Univia’s products.
- Use testimonials strategically across marketing channels, such as social media, websites, and promotional materials, to showcase real-life success stories.
- Analyze feedback to identify potential areas of improvement or product development.
- Execute Local Branding Campaigns for Univia
- Design and implement localized branding initiatives tailored to each region’s unique agricultural practices and needs.
- Collaborate with local agencies or media outlets for maximum visibility.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all campaigns to strengthen brand recognition.
- Drive Demand Generation and Product Liquidation
- Develop and implement demand generation programs, including promotions, discounts, or bundling offers, to increase sales.
- Analyze sales data to forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure products reach the intended markets efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with product liquidation goals.
- Manage Product Trials at the Retailer Level
- Coordinate with retailers to conduct trials that demonstrate product effectiveness directly to end-users.
- Provide support for setup, training, and data collection during trials.
- Analyze trial results to assess product performance, document learnings, and adjust strategies as needed.
