Job Title: Assistant Manager – Branding

Job Summary:

As the Assistant Manager of Branding and Digital Marketing at Univia Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence and driving digital engagement within the agricultural sector. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including:

Responsibilities:

  1. Agency Management:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between Univia and external agencies responsible for branding and marketing initiatives.
    • Coordinate with agencies to develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies aligned with our company’s vision and objectives.
    • Ensure that all branding materials and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and reflect our commitment to innovation and sustainability.
  1. Coordination with Agency Partners:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies handling social media management, lead generation, and other digital marketing activities.
    • Provide clear briefs, feedback, and direction to agencies to ensure that their strategies and campaigns align with our brand objectives and standards.
    • Monitor agency performance closely, ensuring timely delivery of projects, adherence to budgetary constraints, and alignment with strategic goals.
  2. Strategy Development and Oversight:
    • Collaborate with agency partners to develop comprehensive social media strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
    • Review and approve content plans, campaign ideas, and performance metrics proposed by agencies, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and messaging.
  3. Analytics and Optimization:
    • Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns, analyse key metrics, and derive actionable insights.
    • Work closely with agency partners to optimize campaigns based on performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  4. Social Media Content Creation for Lead Generation:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies aimed at generating leads and driving conversions.
    • Create compelling and engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and info graphics, optimized for lead generation and audience engagement.
    • Utilize storytelling techniques and persuasive messaging to capture the interest of our target audience and encourage them to take action.
  5. Editing of Visual Content:
    • Execute basic video editing tasks, such as trimming, cropping, and adding simple effects or transitions, using editing software like iMovie, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
    • Perform basic photo editing tasks, including resizing, retouching, and enhancing images, to ensure high-quality visuals for social media posts and other marketing materials.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s in branding, Social Media Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

Proven experience 2 year in branding, digital marketing, or similar roles within the agricultural sector.

Basic proficiency in video and photo editing software.

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with external agencies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Initiative: Proactive and willing to take on new challenges. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of graphic design.
