Sr. Executive – FPO Sales

Role Overview:

As a Senior Executive – FPO Sales at Univia, you will be responsible for expanding our market reach and increasing revenue by acquiring and managing institutional clients in the agriculture sector. Your role will focus on promoting the Univia Business Model, onboarding institutions, and driving sales of Branded and Univia Private Label products. This position requires strong sales skills, knowledge of agricultural practices, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard institutional clients such as FPOs, Farmer Cooperatives, Credit Societies, Microfinance Organizations, and NGOs (Agriculture) in Gujarat.
  • Sales Execution: Engage with institutions to understand their needs and promote our product offerings. Achieve monthly sales targets for new client acquisition, territory-wise sales, and brand promotion.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional decision-makers, stakeholders, and government officials to foster trust and credibility.
  • Market Expansion: Implement strategies to expand Univia’s footprint in the institutional sales segment and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with tech, operations, marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline. Share regular reports and updates with the management team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in FPO/Institutional/NGO/Government Sales, preferably in the agriculture industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of agricultural products and their applications.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strategic mindset.
    • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients.
